All about us
Wild Herb Elixirs was started by Medical Herbalist Phil Walsh (SNHS Dip. Herbalism). She creates totally natural elixirs, soaps and remedies from her Herbal studio in rural County Wexford, surrounded by nature. Her gentle totally natural remedies are kind to all skin types.
Phil has had a passion for all things natural all of her life. Living in the countryside in Wexford Phil, had a deep interest in the herbs and wild flowers and nature that surrounded her, believing they hold the keys for unlocking the doors of illness that is created when we are away from that which is the peace and harmony of nature. This led Phil to study the wild plants and herbs that surrounded her, then furthering her studies as a medical herbalist obtaining a diploma in Herbalism.
Phil uses this knowledge, combining it with her passion for herbs and plants to create the Elixirs, Balms and Soaps of Wild Herb Elixirs. Phil a reiki master in Usui Reiki, infuses each balm with Reiki healing, a system of energy healing which restores the body of the reciever to a state of balance.
How we evolved
It started very small, selling it at the Enniscorthy Farmers Market and the Ballygarrett Country Market, and the local health food shop in Enniscorthy, Evolv stocked it, we now stock lots of Health Food shops in County Wexford and beyond. Again from working on a specific ailment for a Healing Balm customer, the Balsam, Massage Balm came about, and a number of customers raved about it so it’s now in production. Phil really genuinely loves hearing from customers whom she has helped as well as the fact that the ingredients used are natural.
Wild Herb Elixirs products are free of parabens, petroleum and petroleum based ingredients, formaldehyde, phthalates, sulfates, phosphates, chlorine, sulfur, mineral oil, chemical brighteners, chemical emulsifiers, artificial fragrances, lab created chemicals, gluten, dyes, and artificial preservatives.
The focus is on affordable, healthy, natural and organic, luxurious handcrafted products. Wild Herb Elixirs think of our products like the clean eating philosophy, but for your skin.
